Only pages with boxes are changed. Names can also hide in the document properties, bookmarks, form fields or attachments, so check the Metadata tool too, and open the result to make sure nothing shows through.
About the PDF tools
Merge combines several PDF files into one in the order you choose. Split extracts the pages you need, saves every page as its own file, or cuts a PDF into parts of a set size. Organize shows a preview of each page so you can rotate, move or delete pages and save a new PDF. Redact covers names or whole areas with solid black boxes: covered pages are turned into pictures, so the hidden text cannot be copied out.
Password-protected PDFs cannot be changed here. Remove the password first.
All work happens inside your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to any server.
